This projects aims at automating the Personal Loan Division by allowing a controlled exchange of documentation related to loan application between the dealers(external to the bank) and back office (internal personnel). The main purpose of Personal Loan System was to support back office and credit users when a dealer makes a personal loan request. To process the loan request s within the time given in the Service Level Agreements, it was necessary for the back office to verify the documentation as soon as possible.
