Modules
- Asset Management: Manages the information related to the assets of electricity board. The assets includes Grid and Substation, HT Feeder, HT Pole, Distribution Transformer, LT Feeder, LT Pole, and Meters etc. The module manages various types of information, such as how many grid and substations are under a headquarter and which pole is serving a particular consumer.
- Consumer Indexing: Generates Consumer Indexing Number (CIN) on the basis of Consumer Survey.
- Consumer Information System: Manages all the information related to every consumer of the electricity board. It also provides the feature to search consumer detailed information on the basis of specified criteria, such as account number or address.
- Connection Management: Used to automate the process of releasing a new connection to the consumers. It enables the consumers to apply for new connections either online or manually. The module provides:

- A reliable method to ensure the tracking of all connections in the network.
- Handle all the applications filled by the customers for new connections.
- Handle all the changes made in the existing connections.
- Capture and manage the customers details, such as name, address, category, supply type, log section, voltage level, and ID/Account No/ KNO.
- Handle disconnection, reconnection, and misuse related activities.

- Meter Reading and Billing: Manages the information related to meter reading and billing of every consumer. It provides the information, such as how much electricity unit is consumed by the consumer and how much he need to pay for the consumed units.
- Revenue Management: Manages the income of the electricity board. It maintains the records of revenue generated from every consumer by creating ledger accounts.
- Energy Accounting: Imports the meter reading from every feeder and calculates aggregate energy consumed by all the consumers. It calculates the amount of bill for the consumed energy and the bill paid by all the consumers. Depending on it, the module prepares the report for energy lost.
- Meter Management: Manages the information related to every meter, such as meter purchase receipts, manufacturer and vendor of the meter, and meter allocation.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manages the complaints of the consumers. CRM registers the complaints and resolves it with the help of the following staff of electricity board:
