Scrum Meetings

The team conducts daily Scrum meetings for 15 minute during the sprint. The meetings should be held in the same place at the same time every day so that the people know where to go.

A scrum master is appointed and he asks the following three questions from every team member:

  1. What have you done since the last Scrum meeting?
  2. What has impeded your work?
  3. What do you plan on doing between now and the next Scrum meeting?

The conversation is restricted to the team members answering the above questions. Meetings can be set up for immediately after the Scrum meeting depending on the answers to the above questions. The scrum master is responsible for making decisions immediately to remove the impediments for the work progress. The scrum master is also responsible for noting impediments that must be resolved external to the meeting.
